Mama Bear is the place where children are happy while adults work!

There is a non-refundable Registration Fee payable to secure your place of £100.  £50 of this fee will be credited to the first invoice issued to you following your child’s start date. 

Fees are based on 47 weeks in 2025, paid monthly in advance.

No refunds will be given for sickness or holidays. 

We will be closed on Bank Holidays (normal charges still apply).

Our minimum weekly charge is 2 full days per week.

Monday to Friday - 07:00  to 18:00 

£88,00 per day (only £8 per hour)

*National Living Wage £12.21 per hour

Plant-based food, snacks, drinks, eco nappies, baby wipes unscented and Weleda nappy cream are included.

- Breakfast Club £14.00  per day

from 7am until 8:35 am

- After School Club £23.00 per day

from 15:10  until 18:00

 Snack, dinner and drinks included. 

- After School Club £40.00 per day

from 13:00  until 18:00

If you need a childcare place for your child to enjoy while you attend appointments, meetings, or need time to focus on a personal or professional project here is the place!

Do you want to enjoy a  date night, or you need to work until a bit late some days, here your child will have fun waiting you to come back!

We are pleased to offer government-funded childcare sessions. Our funded hours are available as follows:

• Funded Session: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (10 hours per day)

You can get up to 10 hours of funding a day (that’s the most the Local Authority allows).

Childcare during half terms or school holidays, the standard full price (£88 per day) will apply for those sessions.

Government funding is intended to pay for 15 or 30 hours a week of high quality, flexible childcare.

Government funding does not cover

• meals
• nappies
• additional hours
• additional activities, such as trips

£5,00 per day for Funded Sessions

For working families, including the self-employed, in the UK with children aged 0-11 (or 0-16 if disabled).

You set up an online childcare account for your child.

For every £8 you put into this account, the government adds £2.

You can use the money to pay for approved childcare, such as nurseries, childminders, nannies, after-school clubs, and holiday clubs. Your childcare provider must be signed up to the scheme.
