We promise to respond to your message as quickly as possible. If we have an available place, we would love to arrange a visit for you and your child. If not, we can gladly add you to our waiting list so you’ll be the first to know when a place opens up.

We can’t wait to meet you! Once you reach out, we’ll arrange a time for you to visit our setting. During your visit, we’ll give you a tour of our space and answer all your questions. We want you to feel confident and excited about your child’s time with us!

We’re excited to welcome your child to our setting! To ensure their place, we kindly ask for a Non-Refundable Registration Fee deposit of £100 when you confirm their attendance, which helps us prepare for your child's arrival.

               Here’s how it works:

• Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A £100 deposit is required to secure your child's place.
• This fee is non-refundable but £50 will be credited towards your first invoice once your child starts with us.

We will provide you with a link on your email to download the Baby’s Days app, which will serve as your central hub for important information. Within the app, you can easily:

• Read and Sign the Contract: Access and review the necessary agreements.
• Review Our Policies: Familiarize yourself with our operational guidelines.
• Access Medical Information: Stay informed about your child's health and safety protocols.
• Manage Emergency Contacts: Ensure we have the most up-to-date contact information for emergencies.

Additionally, we will send you updates about your child throughout the day via the app, keeping you connected and informed.

To ensure a smooth transition for your child into the Mama Bear Childcare environment, we recommend a gentle introduction through two complimentary of 30 minutes Free trial sessions. During these sessions, parents or caregivers are welcome to stay with their child for as long as they feel necessary, providing comfort and support as they acclimate to their new surroundings.

Mama Bear Childcare is excited to introduce home visits for families before their child begins attending our service. This initiative allows your child to meet their designated key person in the familiar comfort of their own home. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for parents and caregivers to discuss any questions or concerns they may have regarding their child's upcoming experience with us.
